Check Out My Backside

Just a quick update. Painters should be finishing up with perhaps the final coat today. Spoke with them for about 5 minutes. Boy, painting has come along way. What ever happened to rollers and Mr. Miagi paint the fence methods? Apparently it takes an hour or so to paint the entire house when it is sprayed. Sweet!!  Just took a couple pics from behind the house showing the grade and future backyard. Can't wait to see grass and patio in the future.

    Holy moly. I wish our backyard was big as yours. I have to share it. Bleh.

      We are lucky to have 1/2 acre lots...It would be bigger if we didn't have woods behind us.

    Ha! Mr. Miagi! That's awesome! Great looking backyard, can't wait to see the size of ours. We are gonna be on a third of an acre, so it should be better than most neighborhoods in our area.

    Gotta echo everyone else here... In our area if you want a half acre you better be prepared to buy a house of $750k +... So jealous!

      OMG....that is crazy! We are lucky to only be paying a small fraction of that. Are you sure you don't want to move out this way?

    Yard envy! We have 1/4 acre with the woods taking up some. Maybe a rider will be a Christmas gift this year?! That's is one hell of a push job! Looking good!
