Finally, almost 2 months after signing our purchase agreement, they have put a sold sticker on our lot and staked it. It must be close to breaking ground time. I am hoping next week to see a hole on this lot. They already have basement walls up on our neighbors lot.
Hi there! You should have asked to put up the sold sign yourself. We did and have pics and it's such a cute pic! ReplyDeleteLOL...You are right. I probably should have been more persistent in getting that sold sign up, but with my schedule working all the different shifts, I didn't have time to bug them 24/7. I think part of the issue may have been some rule that they had to get paperwork officially transferred from Panhandle to Ryan homes. I think we will take a pic in front of it this weekend maybe since we only live about 10 minutes away.
